Ruston Parks and Recreation is hosting its 6th Annual Furry Fun Walk as the event continues to grow. Join us for a one-mile stroll with your animal and not only will you get a chance to shake off the winter blues and socialize with other pet owners, but your four-legged friend will get a chance to enjoy the outdoors and receive a free goodie bag full of treats. The event will also include a free raffle of additional prizes for many of the pets in attendance.The fun begins at 9:30 a.m. in the “Barking Lot” at Cook Park.Mark the date on your calendar. Your pet will be glad you did!
