DESCRIPTION:The 2014 Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet hosted by First National Bank will be held Tuesday\, February 4th at the Ruston Civic Center.  During the event\, community awards are presented by various groups.  The Ruston Kiwanis' present their "Young Persons" awards which include the Young Firefighter of the Year\, Young Law Enforcement Officer of the Year\, Young Educator of the Year\, and Outstanding Young Person of the Year.  The Lincoln Parish School District awards their "Distinguished Partner in Education" each year.  The Ruston-Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau will present their annual "Hospitality" awards.  Junior Auxiliary of Ruston present the annual "Betty Robbins Volunteer of the Year Award".  The Ruston Rotary Club will present the 2014 "Bill Best Humanitarian Award".  The annual "Robert E. Russ" award is presented by the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.  \n\n\n\nThe Banquet begins at 6 pm. with a wine-and-cheese social sponsored by Community Trust Bank where you can enjoy a musical performance by The Olsen Strings sponsored by Hunt\, Guillot and Associates.  Dinner will be served at 6:45 pm.
