Morgan will be handling all of her bridal and other party related consultations in her new downtown location.  KaCee's Sugar and Spice offers full-service catering plus specialty cakes\, wedding and groom's cakes.  The new location of Morgan's consultation area will serve as a convenience to both brides and other party related event planners.
