DESCRIPTION:This is one of several topics being discussed during the Lighten Up Lincoln Parish Community Expo and Wellness Conference.  The entire Expo and Conference is devoted to healthy living.  The schedule is arranged so that you can come to hear a specific speaker or you can stay and hear them all.
