All other work is subject to disqualification.\n\n \n\nRETENTION OF DESIGNS\n\nThe entries become the exclusive property of the Louisiana Peach Festival\, a committee of the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.  The Louisiana Peach Festival has exclusive rights to the reproduction of winning entries and the submitting artist relinquishes all rights to such design. All proceeds from the sale of t-shirts will go to the Louisiana Peach Festival.\n\n \n\nPUBLICITY AND AGREEMENT\n\nEntering this contest constitutes an agreement by the winning artist to relinquish all copyrights to the submitted work to the festival. Winning artist will work with the official marketing team in regards to billboards.  Please note that if your design is chosen\, you may be asked to make necessary revisions required for logo use and media applications.
