Our goal is to help the participants acquire a better knowledge of the community's strengths and challenges. Leadership Lincoln's mission is quite simple to develop the leadership skills and qualities within our students so they will become well-rounded leaders in their workplace\, their church\, a civic organization and/or local government.\n\n\n\nEach month has a different focus:\n\nSeptember - Team Building at The OWL Center\n\nOctober - Healthcare/Social Services\n\nNovember - Government/Judicial\n\nDecember - Education\n\nJanuary - Economic/Workforce Development\n\nFebruary - Industry\n\nMarch - Media/Diversity\n\nApril - Tourism\n\nMay - Northern Exposure in Baton Rouge\n\n \n\n"Leadership Lincoln is an extraordinary opportunity to gain first hand knowledge of the region's assets.
