DESCRIPTION:The North Louisiana Youth Percussion Ensemble Festival will kick off in Howard Auditorium at 1p on the Louisiana Tech University campus with performances by the Ruston High School Percussion Ensemble\, the West Ouachita High School Percussion Ensemble\, Hamiruge-The LSU Percussion Group\, the University of Louisiana at Monroe Percussion Ensemble\, and the Louisiana Tech Percussion Ensemble. Featured will be our guest artists\, the Sympatico Percussion Group\, who will provide a clinic and a closing concert at 7p. The group will also appear on the Tech campus (in the Band Building) Thursday\, March 10 for a series of open rehearsals. All events are free and door prizes will be available.
