DESCRIPTION:This class is focused on self defense situations including basic techniques\, releases from grabs\, and one step sparring. The class will meet once a week for six weeks\, and it will last about 45 minutes to an hour. You may bring your own uniform\, but if you do not have one\, they will be available on the first day of class for $25. Ages 12+ Date: Tuesdays and Thursdays (June 3-July 15) Time: 7:30 pm-8:30 pm Instructor: Loren Todd Fee: $65 + $25 Uniform **You must pre-register!
