The Zeta Rho chapter of the philanthropic group Epsilon Sigma Alpha is co-sponsor of the event. Broadcast hours will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 9 and 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 10. Last year\, the event drew in approximately $113\,000. St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital in Memphis\, Tenn.\, has treated more than 2\,000 young cancer patients from Louisiana. Daily operating costs are $1.9 million and are primarily covered by public contributions. St. Jude has treated approximately 20\,000 children from across the United States and 70 foreign countries.
