DESCRIPTION:Tiger Community Welcome\n\n\n\nMonday\, August 12\, 2019\n\n10 a.m. to Noon\n\nInside the McCall Dining Center on GSU Campus | 403 Main St.\n\n \n\n \n\nTiger Community Welcome will be held on Monday during Welcome Week at Grambling State University. This is an opportunity for members of the Ruston-Lincoln and Grambling Chambers of Commerce\, along with GSU business sponsors and Tiger Express merchants to introduce their products or services (for free) to GSU students. The Chamber has partnered with Student Affairs to coordinate this event and we hope you'll join us. Approximately 250-500 students and parents are expected to attend.\n\n \n\nIn lieu of a booth space fee\, participating businesses/organizations must provide a gift with a minimum value of $25 to the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber. Students will be given a ticket for a chance to win these prizes. We also encourage vendors to have a drawing\, activity\, and/or giveaways at each booth. (1) 5' table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor. Vendors must be set-up the entire two hours. Leaving early or not showing will result in not being invited to return to these types of events.
