DESCRIPTION:Tiger Community Welcome\n\nMonday\, August 13\, 2018\n\n11 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n\nInside the Assembly Center on GSU Campus | 1234 Grambling Rd.\n\n \n\n \n\nTiger Community Welcome will be held on Monday during Welcome Week. This is an opportunity for members of the Ruston-Lincoln and Grambling Chambers of Commerce\, along with GSU business sponsors and Tiger Express merchants to introduce their products or services (for free) to GSU students. The Chamber has partnered with Student Affairs to coordinate this event and we hope you'll join us. This event will be limited to the first 40 registered vendors. Approximately 1\,100 students are expected.\n\n \n\nIn lieu of a booth space fee\, participating businesses/organizations must provide a gift with a minimum value of $25 to the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber. Students will be given a ticket for a chance to win these prizes. We also encourage vendors to have a drawing\, activity\, and/or giveaways at each booth. (1) 5' table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor. The loading dock and parking will be reserved for vendors. Move-in begins at 8:30 a.m. No shows will be invoiced a $25 non-compliance fee and will not be invited to participate in the future. You will receive complete instructions the week before the event.
