Water\, coffee and snacks will be provided.\n\n_____________________\nKipp Keenan bio\n\nKipp Keenan is a Corporate Trainer for Training Logic\, Inc.\; a Louisiana based professional training and development enterprise.  Kipp received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master of Arts in Education with an Adult Education concentration from Tusculum College in Greeneville\, Tennessee.  Kipp received his Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification from Villanova University and is a OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer.  \n\n \n\nKipp is a creative high-energy professional and innovative instructor with a broad perspective of business knowledge including 4 years of experience coaching softball at Tusculum College.  He spent 7   years in the Gaming industry working in the areas of training\, human resources\, operations analysis\, customer service\, safety and food & beverage. \n\n \n\nHis areas of training certification and expertise include training assessments\, leadership development\, team building\, OSHA General Industry\, strategic planning\, effective business communications\, customer service\, professional selling\, operations analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
