2012 Main Street Christmas Open House

As part of Louisiana Main to Main, downtown merchants will host their Annual Downtown Christmas Open House on November 15 - 17, 2012.

Shoppers can begin their holiday gift-buying in the many specialty stores located throughout the historic downtown and enjoy a delicious meal at one of the fabulous restaurants.  Many merchants will offer free refreshments and special promotions in their stores on November 15.

On November 15-18, North Central Louisiana Arts Council will host its Holiday Arts Tour featuring Louisiana artists. Artwork, sculptures, and musicians will be interspersed throughout the downtown shops.

In addition to the Open House, Ruston Main Street will create a full holiday weekend experience.  To get you into the spirit, holiday music will be heard throughout the park and decorations will cover the Main Street area.  Santa Claus is even scheduled to make a few appearances in Railroad Park on November 15-17.
