All Lives Matter Extravaganza
Bridging the Gap Between Race Relations & Law Enforcement
On Friday, August 14, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ruston Civic Center, we will be hosting the All Lives Matter Extravaganza event. Mayor Walker, District Attorney Belton, Sheriff Stone, Chief Rogers, and other elected officials will be present at the event. Your attendance at this event will be greatly appreciated.
The purpose of the event is to enhance the positive relationship between the community and law enforcement. There will be food and refreshments, music, and lots of fun and games for the children. I have spoken to numerous businesses who have committed to donating a substantial amount of school supplies which will be raffled off at the event.
We would like to give away t-shirts with the theme “All Lives Matter Extravaganza” to symbolize love has no color. Mr. Tommy Cline, from Tommy’s Tees, has significantly reduced the price for shirts that will be purchased for the event. We would really appreciate if you or any sponsors can make a donation to help pay the cost for the t-shirts. For you contribution, each sponsors name will be placed on the t-shirt. The deadline for all contributions is Friday, August 7th.
Also anyone interested in sponsoring or hosting a game booth at this event we would greatly appreciate your support. Please contact Antarian Griffin at antariang@yahoo.com or by cell phone at 318-278-3766.
