BLUE ZONE
The Blue Zone will help you learn what contributes to a Happy and Healthy Life. All information is based on the most current research, and there will be food demonstrations and samples. The class will be a 3 week session every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15p.m.-6:00 p.m.. Side Effects may include weight loss, lower stress, less pain, lower blood pressure, smiling more often, and LOVING YOUR LIFE!
