Eskamoe's Frozen Custard and More Ribbon Cutting

A ribbon cutting event will be held at Eskanoe's Frozen Custard & More to celebrate the grand opening of one of Ruston's newest businesses and as a new member of the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.  Participants will be allowed to sample some of the delicious items on the menu.
