FLU SHOTS ONLY DURING THE HOURS OF 4 - 6:30 PM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16
AND THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 18.
Blue Cross pays 100% for flu vaccine for 2010.
Other insurances accepted, payment is according to individual policy.
Self-pay cost is $25.
CDC and Department of Health & Hospitals recommend that ALL over the age of 6 months get vaccinated against the flu this year.
