Free picture with Santa
Lincoln Parish Library will have our Children's Christmas celebration on Dec 9. Various activities to include making a Christmas ornament, getting picture taken with Santa, and playing games. Hot chocolate and Christmas cookies will be served. (Pictures will be available for pick-up Dec 16, 2017.) This event is free and open to the public
