Grit & Grace Fall Festival-Seeking Sponsors

Grit & Grace will be hosting a Fall Festival for the surrounding parishes on Saturday, October 23 from 4:00-8:00. We will be offering Trunk-or-Treating, food trucks, lots of games for prizes, a pumpkin painting station, costume contests, a pumpkin patch and so much more. Even a special appearance by some of your children's favorite Disney Princesses! We are seeking business who would like to participate in giving back to our children this holiday season! If you are interested in being a sponsor, please contact Amber @ 469-7744 or Olivia @ 475-1816. Listed below are a few ideas on how to join in on the fun!

1. Plan out a cool theme and decorate the trunk of your car or bed of your truck, grab some candy and join us for the Trunk-or-Treat!
2. If you don't have the means to attend the Trunk-or-Treat but still want to contribute, we would gladly accept donations of candy, small grab bags, gift cards/coupons, etc or monetary donations. (Monetary donations will go towards purchase of goodies for event prizes, pumpkins and supplies for the Pumpkin Painting Station, etc.)
3. If you really want to join in on all the fun, you can always setup an activity booth with the kids at one of our stations. This can be something as simple as bean bag toss, ring toss, balloon dart game, etc with a prize for "winning"!
4. The most important way to help us out is to spread the word to our community! Once we nail down the details and graphics, we will create a Facebook Event. Please be sure to share this on your social media. We will also create a flyer. We can email you the flyer for you to print and pass out and your place of business. We will also be bringing these flyers to the local schools for them to pass out to the children the Monday before the event. If you know of any other great platforms for children, be sure to reach out to us and share that information with us so that we are able to invite those children as well!
