Halloween Costume Extravaganza
The North Louisiana Delta African American Heritage Museum & Black Creatives Circle of North Louisiana present a Halloween Costume Extravaganza. The theme is Afrofuturism. Door opens at 8:00PM. Admission is $10. There will be live music by Enigma Soul and performances. Cash prizes will be awarded for best costumes. Food trucks will be available on site. About the theme …. Afrofuturism is a movement in literature, music, art, etc., featuring futuristic or science fiction themes which incorporate elements of black African History and culture. When thinking about your costume, think about the movie BLACK PANTHER, the fictional country of WAKANDA, and how the Wakandans dressed. *CASH PRIZES FOR BEST COSTUMES!
