Human Resources Boot Camp
Human Resources Boot Camp is a small-group training program covering foundational areas of human resources. We cover fundamentals of managing people, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees; using compensation to motivate and retain; policies and procedures for your employee handbook; employee relations issues; legal requirements and regulations; and HR metrics. This course is taught by Dr. Marcia Dickerson, who has over 20 years of experience in HR education.
