Introduction to Ceramics Course

This class is open to adult students (18+) with any level of experience in ceramics. Beginners will learn the basics of wheel throwing focusing on functional work. Intermediate or advanced students will have alternative projects based on skill. In order to successfully complete the course, students are encouraged to work during open lab hours. Those times will be determined at the first class meeting Week 1: Basics of wheel throwing Week 2: Bowls Week 3: Cups Week 4: Glazing Dates: Monday nights in June  Time: 6:00PM-9:00PM  (additional open lab hours will be available each week) Instructor: Megan Landis  The class will meet at the Art and Architecture Workshop Building located on the South Campus of Louisiana Tech. Bring 15$ check to class for materials.
