Lawyers in Libraries Divorce Presentation
NiKayla L. Smith of Durrett Law & Title will be giving a seminar providing a brief overview of the divorce and custody process in Louisiana. Topics will include: marriages in Louisiana, termination of marriage, child custody, spousal support, child support, property division after a divorce and general questions. If you are wondering how long the divorce process takes, how much the divorce process costs, etc, this seminar will cover those questions. Attendance is open to the public and will include a Q&A session.
