Library Health Fair

As is common at the start of a new year, many of us have resolutions to become healthier individuals. However, some of us stumble out of the gates with our goal and subsequently lose the determined fervor with which we began the year. At the end of the year, we look back and see that we didn't achieve quite as much as we had initially hoped. Maybe it was because of laziness? Or maybe it was because we didn't know where to begin? Health is a multi-faceted subject that does not simply consist of eating better and exercising. There are many more things to take into account, such as check-ups. The Health Fair here at the Lincoln Parish Library is designed to help you answer these questions. As always, this service is free and open to the public with no prior registration needed.
