Lincoln Parish PreK Application Round-Up

PreK Roundup to encourage parents to enroll their 4 year old children in a quality childcare program. PreK students must be 4 on or before September 30, 2015. Please bring original birth certificate, up to date shot records, student's social security card, and two proofs of residence (current utility bill, calbe bill, etc). Free slots available to qualifying families--bring income verification (SNAP letter, W4, 2 consecutive pay stubs)
