We hope you'll join us during Louisiana Tech's Welcome Week to introduce your business to incoming freshman students!

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM CDT
Thursday, September 7th 11am-1pm.
Setup begins at 10AM, and parking will not be reserved due to construction.
Location
Participating businesses and restaurants can setup a booth anywhere in the Quad to interact with Louisiana Tech students.
Booth placement will be determined on a first come, first served basis. Businesses will be responsible for providing tables, chairs, tents, company swag and information.
Fees/Admission
Participation in this event is free for both members and non-members.
*In lieu of a participation fee, we're asking businesses to provide a $25 item/gift card to be raffled by your business.
