NELA SHRM- Ethics and Legal Summit
NELA SHRM is hosting our Ethics and Legal Summit at Louisiana Tech University on July 20, 2023 from 8:30-12:00 pm. The Directors from the EEOC’s Houston and New Orleans Field Offices will be present for this event to discuss everything employers want to know from “Hire to Fire” in addition to the new and existing Federal Laws Protecting Pregnant and Nursing Employees. In addition, Associates with Kean Miller, LLP will provide an update on “Marijuana in the Workplace”, to help Employers understand how to assist employees and protect their organizations.
