New Year's Resolutions Day

The public is invited to attend "New Year's Resolutions Day" at Gibson's Natural Grocer on Saturday, January 3 from 10am to 1pm as they host several local gyms and fitness clinics in Gibson's Community Room. Each will have a table providing information on their program so that you can easily shop around and ask questions to determine which is the best one to meet your 2015 health & fitness goals. There will also be plenty of product samples from Gibson's various vendors and a giveaway or two to boot. The following programs have confirmed their participation: CrossFit Ruston, Route 2 Fitness and Sharon Jackson?s Slammin? Bootcamps. Invited, but yet to confirm are: All Hours Fitness, Anytime Fitness and Tech's Lambright Intramural Center.
