Join Louisiana Tech in welcoming ten eminent and emerging scholars who will speak during a two-day symposium, with topics ranging from the violence of the Reconstruction era, to the growth of jazz and rock-and-roll, to the economic environment that launched the Long family into political prominence. Registration is not required. All events are fee and open to the public. Continuing education credits will be available for public school teachers upon request.
