Ribbon Cutting for Bertha's Upscale Thrift

 Please join us in a Ribbon Cutting for our new member Bertha's Upscale Thrift,  we are so excited to have this old Ruston favorite return to us.  I remember being a child and going and checking out Bertha's little treasures (Sunday hats were my favorite), now her Grand-daughters are continuing the tradition with a upscale thrift store on Pelican Blvd.  For their ribbon cutting we are not only celebrating their new business but we are celebrating Bertha's 102nd  birthday!
