Please join us for a Ribbon Cutting celebrating a new business in Ruston Rising Kare Counseling, LLC whom provides outpatient mental health rehabilitation. Rising Kare is Karing for their clients one step at a time and is thrilled to show off their warm and inviting facility. We hope to see everyone there on March 15th @ 2pm.
