Ribbon Cutting - Scott's Express
Please join us for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of Scott's Express. Scott and Betty Bond opened their first restaurant in 1978. They have locations in Ruston and West Monroe. The Bond’s three children: Jessica, Katy & Brian, have all been involved in the family business through the years, and Brian currently manages the daily operations.
