Ruston Farmers Market Fall and Winter Season 2015

The market features fresh and local fall produce, breads, muffins, pies, coffee, honey, jams, jellies, and a wide variety of other canned and pickled foods, meats, and to-go casseroles. Children’s activities include arts activities sponsored by North Central Louisiana Arts Council and science projects sponsored by SciTec, Organization of Women in Science and Engineering, and Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

On October 3, Ruston Farmers’ Market, through a grant from Lincoln Health Foundation, kicks off its Double Bucks program to help stretch SNAP purchases by offering to match up to $10 in eligible sales per SNAP customer per market day.
