This is a fundraiser hosted by the Ruston Rotary to fund our community service projects. These include Coat for Kids in Lincoln and Jackson Parish; Dictionaries for third graders in Lincoln Parish; Student Scholarships for High School Seniors; Food Backpacks for elementary students; RYLA

$10 per plate for Jambalaya, corn and green beans $100 for 1/2 tray of Jambalaya - Feeds 10 $200 for tray of Jambalaya - Feeds 20 Plates also sold day of the event at the Super 1 Parking Lot
