The Degrees of Art

The opening reception for the Degrees of Art exhibition will be held Thursday, October 8, 6-8pm, at the Historic Fire Station. The Degrees of Art, a concept developed by Kay Walker and Tonia Henderson, is a collaboration between the City of Ruston and Louisiana Tech. Select pieces by Louisiana Tech art and VISTA students have been selected and are on display at the Historic Fire Station. Many pieces of art will be available for sale. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their artistic talent, generate revenue, and build professional networks. Light refreshments will be served.
