Featured speaker, Robert Mann, Author, Professor, Historian, will deliver this years Laskey Lecture endowed by the late Virginia Laskey to give North Louisiana residents a "window on the world", Robert Mann has been both a state and federal politician and has written several books, the most recent work is Backrooms and Bayous. Mann will discuss "Polarization ....The Cause and The Cure"
