Virtual LA Youth Employment and Workplace - What you Need to Know
The U.S. Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division - New Orleans District Office (NODO) will partner with federal and state agencies to offer a compliance assistance event focused on child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other mandates that impact the employers and employees. This event will interest employers, employees and their representatives. The NODO’s goal is to share with attendees any changes, updates or trends that impact them.
