Yoga Basics
This 5 Week yoga session offered by Continuing Education at Louisiana Tech is an excellent choice for beginners, and will also appeal to continuing students who prefer a moderate pace. With a slow and steady tempo there is time to support students in connecting to their body, and their breath. Through a mindful practice of foundation poses, this class is both informative and nourishing.
The drop-in rate is $15.
