The Millennials are coming: Managing & Motivating a Multi-Generational Workforce presented by Training Logic's Kipp Keenan

We will break down each generation and review how each interacts in the workplace to ultimately create a more effective, efficient and profitable team.
 
Training will:
· Review the characteristics of different generations.
· Provide valuable information on training, retraining and motivating a multi-generational workforce.
· Encourage feedback and sharing ideas through group communication.
· Deliver a valuable management tool to show leaders how to energize, motivate and better understand their employees.

Ticket price is $15 but the first 30 people to register will receive a complimentary ticket!

Held at the Ruston-Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and CVB, 2111 North Trenton Street in Ruston. Water, coffee and snacks will be provided.

Kipp Keenan bio
Kipp Keenan is a Corporate Trainer for Training Logic, Inc.; a Louisiana based professional training and development enterprise.  Kipp received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master of Arts in Education with an Adult Education concentration from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee.  Kipp received his Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification from Villanova University and is a OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer.  
 
Kipp is a creative high-energy professional and innovative instructor with a broad perspective of business knowledge including 4 years of experience coaching softball at Tusculum College.  He spent 7 ½ years in the Gaming industry working in the areas of training, human resources, operations analysis, customer service, safety and food & beverage. 
 
His areas of training certification and expertise include training assessments, leadership development, team building, OSHA General Industry, strategic planning, effective business communications, customer service, professional selling, operations analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
